Hunter is a New York based artist who grew up in Weehawken, NJ. He attended school in Hoboken, Jersey City and North Bergen. In his early education, Hunter became interested in the design of spaces. Transferring high schools, he sought out an education that was rooted in design. He continued on to receive his Bachelors of Architecture with a minor in Architectural History, from the Penn State University. This is where Hunter became interested in the relationship between digital design and physical fabrication.
Working as a stagehand at the Marquis theater on Broadway, Hunter has been building and operating scenery for over 7 years. He regularly enters architectural design competitions and has a persistent and general curiosity for the intersection of design and human interaction. He designs and builds clothing as well as practices a variety of printing techniques. At the core of everything is his desire to build a community of artists and creatives who can support each other.
